Transcription training and/or one year experience in medical transcription
USB foot pedal/head set.

High speed internet (Explorer)

Proficient in English grammar and punctuation
JAVA
We prefer transcriptionists who can work with foreign accents (ESL)
Must be familiar with AAMT Book of Style, 2nd Edition
Written test required with sample dictation
Compliance with Federally Mandated HIPAA requirements
Compliance with KM Medical Transcription file security and privacy agreements
